Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vire mobile application ("App") and related services. Vire is operated by Northframe Oy, a company registered in Finland.

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account

You may create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may maintain only one active account.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible. See our Account Deletion page for details.

4. Service Description

Vire provides AI-powered workout generation, exercise guidance, set logging, and progress tracking. The App generates personalized training sessions based on your profile, equipment availability, and training history.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Vire offers a 14-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, continued access to workout generation and coaching features requires a paid subscription (monthly or yearly).

Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple or Google according to their respective terms. We do not directly process or store payment information.

Subscription prices are displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region based on App Store or Play Store pricing.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Play Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as they process all payments. We cannot issue refunds directly.

7. Fitness Disclaimer

The App provides general fitness information and workout suggestions. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns. You use the App and follow its workout suggestions at your own risk.

We are not liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from following workouts generated by the App.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, exercise catalog, coaching algorithms, and content, is owned by Northframe Oy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

9. Your Data

Your workout logs, training history, and profile data belong to you. We store this data to provide the service. You may delete all your data at any time by deleting your account.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Use automated tools to access the App beyond normal usage

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Northframe Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in subscription fees during the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
