Subscription Help
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To change or cancel your subscription:
iOS (iPhone / iPad)
- Open Settings on your device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find Vire and manage your plan
Android
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap your profile icon
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Find Vire and manage your plan
For billing questions or refund requests, please contact Apple or Google directly, as they process all payments.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data from within the App. See our Account Deletion page for step-by-step instructions.
If you cannot access the App and need your account deleted, email support@virefit.app from the email address associated with your account.
