How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the Vire app:

1. Open the Vire app
2. Go to Settings (bottom tab)
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm deletion when prompted

Account deletion is immediate and irreversible.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• Your account and authentication data
• Training profile (experience level, goals, preferences)
• All workout history and exercise logs
• Strength estimates and progress data
• Equipment preferences and restrictions
• Subscription association with your account

What We Cannot Delete

The following records are maintained by third parties and are not under our control:

• Apple App Store — purchase and transaction history for iOS subscriptions
• Google Play Store — purchase and transaction history for Android subscriptions
• RevenueCat — subscription event logs used for payment reconciliation

To manage these records, contact Apple or Google directly through their respective support channels.

Cancel Your Subscription First

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid continued billing:

1. Cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings (App Store or Play Store)
2. Then delete your account in the app

Can't Access the App?

If you cannot access the Vire app and need your account deleted, email us at support@virefit.app from the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 48 hours.
